Reconsider what we believe is impossible in our own country
When self-confidence is fragile, it becomes easy to see only our limitations, our mistakes, or what we think we are incapable of doing. By constantly repeating certain things to ourselves, we can end up considering them as truths about ourselves.
I am worthless and I am a mistake.
And it would be naive to believe thatI am a person capable of change.
I have no particular talent or strength.
It is pointless to believe thatI can make a difference around me.
I am not capable of making good decisions.
I refuse to believe thatI can learn to better understand my needs, my limits, and my priorities.
My past mistakes entirely define who I am.
It is foolish to think thatMy history does not condemn me to remain the same.
I am certain that I do not deserve any success.
It would be misleading to believe thatI am a person worthy of respect and trust.
I cannot be proud of myself until I have succeeded.
It would be wrong to consider thatI can recognize my efforts, my progress, and the ground I've already covered.
Every attempt is doomed to failure and shame.
It would be illusory to hope thatTrying is already a form of success and learning.
I am convinced that I am a burden to others.
It would be incorrect to believe thatI possess inner resources, however modest.
I don't have the strength to overcome the obstacles.
I refuse to believe thatI am capable of resilience and rebuilding.
I need to wait until I feel completely ready before acting.
It would be wrong to consider thatTrust can be built simply by taking the first step.
The words remained the same. Only the reading path has changed.
